Investment in the expansion of packaging capacity
In May 2026, our new Uhlmann BEC 300 was delivered, installed, and brought into operation. Thanks to this investment, Wiewelhove was able to expand its packaging capacity by approximately 25%. This provides additional capacity for our existing business and new projects. In addition, the new system is designed for the production of polypropylene (PP) mono blisters, meaning that the packaging no longer consists of a composite of aluminum and PP, which cannot be recycled. Maximum recyclability will become increasingly important in the future due to the new packaging regulations.
