Vision 2026
This year we would like to share our vision for Wiewelhove with you again. In addition to looking back on what has been, our annual letter always provides an outlook on what is to come and thus on what we intend to do together.
An eventful year 2025 has come to an end – a year that once again presented us with challenges, but also created room for growth and collaboration. In a world characterized by change and uncertainty, commitment and cohesion are an important building block for the future.
Thanks to the good cooperation with you as a business partner, we were not only able to maintain stability, but also take important steps towards future-oriented further development. We look back with satisfaction on our financial year, which ended at the end of February 2026, and look forward with confidence to a year full of exciting developments in the pharmaceutical market, in which quality, sustainability and flexibility will continue to be the focus. As an owner-managed and modern family business, long-termism, reliability and consistency continue to form the foundation of Wiewelhove, on which you can also build.
CPhI in Frankfurt in 2025
Last year, we were also represented at the CPhI - one of the world's largest and most important trade fairs for the pharmaceutical industry.
Every year, CPhI brings together leading companies, experts and professionals from all over the world to exchange ideas on innovations, new technologies and future trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
For us, participation in this event is always a great opportunity to intensify existing contacts through a personal conversation, as well as to make valuable new contacts, to deal with the latest developments and to present our own innovative solutions.
A heartfelt thank you goes to our dedicated trade fair team for the great work on site, the excellent organisation in the background and our stand builder, who created the perfect setting for our encounters with an impressive appearance.

Jubilee year 2026
In 2026, a very special event is coming up for our company: We are celebrating our 50th anniversary. We would like to celebrate this anniversary with all employees. We are planning an open day for September 26, 2026, to which we cordially invite all employees as well as their families and friends.

Project Overview – Current and Planned Investment Properties
Production Building D
The second fluidized bed granulation plant has been put into operation and will be used for productive use.
In the last letter, we already announced that we were thinking about purchasing a new packaging line. This has been implemented and another Uhlmann BEC 300 will be delivered in May 2026. The new Uhlmann plant is prepared for the production of polypropylene (PP) mono blisters, which means that there is no longer a composite of aluminium and PP that cannot be recycled. The full recyclability possible will become increasingly important in the future due to the new Packaging Ordinance. With the new plant, we have further capacities for the existing business and also new projects.

Production Building G
At Gildestraße, the new system for container filling, analogous to production D and L, was put into operation as planned. The conversion measures and commissioning worked excellently.
Furthermore, the cleaning room was optimised.
IT infrastructure
In addition to the superficially visible investments in plants, machines and various construction measures, we always invest in our IT infrastructure.
New hardware in the form of more powerful servers and switches and, above all, extensive investments in security technologies are being made throughout.
Galenic Development
Galenik moved into new premises in 2025. The Galenikum can still be found on Gildestraße. The rooms required for this were specially converted and renovated for this purpose.
More suitable space and possibilities should make a significant contribution to meeting the development wishes of our customers and to expanding and improving the possibilities for the Galenik team.

Expansion of the coating and adjacent production areas
Over the next 12 months, we will be working in detail on the conversion and expansion of our coating capacities and adjacent production areas. In addition to the capacity expansion, an optimization of the overall production facility concept is also planned.
The conversion measures will be carried out step by step without affecting ongoing production. One production area is freed up at a time, which can then be converted. Once this area is completed, the next area that becomes available will be adjusted accordingly. In this way, we ensure that no modifications have to take place during active production.
The result is a significant expansion of our production capacities within twelve months.
Organization
At Wiewelhove, we attach great importance to a work culture that is characterized by flat hierarchies and largely self-organized teams. This approach is not only a central part of our corporate culture, but also a key factor in our mutual success.
We are convinced that personal responsibility and trust create the best conditions for developing innovative ideas and making quick decisions. Approachability remains an important pillar of our togetherness. Whether you are a manager or a team member – direct exchange and respectful interaction at eye level enable open and productive cooperation.
Each and every one of us contributes to the further development of our company with their individual skills and perspectives. We would like to preserve and further strengthen this space for development in the future.
We at Wiewelhove are therefore in a constant and healthy state of change and look forward to continuing to act together with you in the long term and sustainably as well as to drive new projects forward and bring them to a successful conclusion in a well-positioned manner.
With best regards from Ibbenbüren
